The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave contract.
This role supports the effective management of contractors across maintenance and project works by ensuring accurate records, compliance, and smooth coordination of contract activities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain contract administration systems and contractor records
Coordinate tender and quotation processes, including contract preparation and review
Monitor contractor compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation (including EVOTIX360)
Manage document control including filing, registration, and version control
Liaise with contractors regarding site access and requirements
Prepare reports, summaries, and general contract documentation
Provide administrative support to the Contracts Team
About You
Experience in contract administration or a similar role
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Sound problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with systems such as JDE or EVOTIX360 (desirable)
Background in mining, construction, or heavy industry (advantageous)
